    I rarely write reviews, but this one was worth a mention. I ordered two meals and some rice at 6.42pm tonight, and was told it'd arrive in thirty-five minutes. At 7.58pm, I phoned for an update and was told it'd be here in ten. The order arrived just now, at 8.30pm, almost two hours after the original order. No apology, no discount, no promise that this wouldn't happen again. All it would have taken to avoid this was an honest assessment of how long the order would take, or a simple "We're very busy tonight, I can't say how long it will take to arrive."
